We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. During launches, promotions, or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Within New Zealand
We currently ship throughout New Zealand using tracked courier services.
Estimated delivery times:

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on courier delays or peak periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Salt & Strand is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier provider. While we will always do our best to assist, Salt & Strand is not responsible for shipping delays, lost parcels, or damage caused during transit.

International Shipping
International shipping is not currently available, but we hope to offer this in the future 🤍
